Exhibitor Opportunities - Tuesday 7th & Wednesday 8th July 2009

In 2009 the EMRS DTC and SEAS DTC (www.seasdtc.com) will again collaborate to run a joint Technical Conference, offering delegates great breadth of technical scope. The consequent increase in delegate numbers that this joint event brings – together with the highly topical nature of the combined subject areas - makes this event a very attractive proposition for exhibitors. The DTCs have therefore arranged for access to the entire EICC conference centre on an exclusive use basis.

The EICC offers a wealth of possibilities to run exhibitions, product demonstrations, seminars and workshops. These are summarised in the Open Letter to potential exhibitors.

To summarise the following opportunities are available:

Exhibition: Cromdale Hall

The Cromdale Hall will be available to host the Conference Exhibition. The Cromdale is on Level - 2 in the conference centre and consists of 1,185m² of exhibition space.

The exhibition will suit small, lightweight, free standing exhibition stands such as pop-up displays / walls. Capacity exists for approximately 40 exhibitors.
The Research & Technology focus of the conference will mean that the profile of exhibitors will include:

	University Departments or Research Groups
	Commercial / Government Research Centres
	Defence Contractors
	Suppliers of products & services to defence contractors
	Innovative, technology led smaller companies
	Suppliers of products & services to the research community

All catering at the conference for morning & afternoon breaks, lunches and the evening reception will take place in the Cromdale Hall - ensuring that exhibitors see a good foot fall past their stands.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The EMRS DTC has greatly appreciated the support of Scottish Enterprise in supporting the Annual EMRS DTC Technical Conference and the aim is for this important relationship to continue. However, there are opportunities within the broad scope of the conference for smaller, supporting sponsorships.
